Absolent has signed a deal to acquire all the shares in Avani Environmental International Inc. Avani is an air cleaning company based in Raleigh, NC, USA, specialized in dust, fume and mist collection. Avani has also been an Absolent distributor for many years. -This deal strengthens our presence in the US market and will serve as a platform for our planned expansion in North America, Mexico included, states CEO Tony Landh.
